Haas teases 2025 livery at Silverstone test
Haas Teases New 2025 Livery as F1 Car Debuts at Silverstone
Haas offered what could be the first glimpse of their official 2025 livery during a rollout event of its new car at Silverstone on Sunday.
The new machine took to the track for the first time amidst wet conditions at the site of the British Grand Prix. In a move similar to those of McLaren and Williams earlier in the week, Haas utilized one of the filming days permitted under the regulations to give their new drivers, Esteban Ocon and Oliver Bearman, a chance to familiarize themselves with the car.
Possible Livery Reveal
While McLaren and Williams opted to run an interim livery during their respective tests, Haas seemingly used the opportunity to display its actual colors for the upcoming 2025 season. Despite the appearances, formal announcements regarding liveries are scheduled to take place during the F1 75 event in London on February 18.
Unlike its competitors, Haas chose not to hold a formal media event alongside its track day, thus refraining from officially releasing any images to the press.
The Importance of Filming Days
F1 regulations significantly restrict in-season testing, making filming days crucial for teams to get some laps in and gather promotional footage. Preseason testing for all teams is slated to begin in Bahrain on February 26.
