Lewis Hamilton vows to embrace Ferrari change in new job post
Seven-time Formula 1 champion, Lewis Hamilton, expressed his anticipation for the 2025 season and readiness to embrace change at Ferrari. Hamilton updated his LinkedIn profile with the hashtag "#newjob" to announce his new venture.
Effective January 1, Hamilton joined Ferrari, the sport's oldest and most successful team, after spending 12 years with Mercedes.
While Ferrari has yet to disclose when Hamilton will make his debut in the iconic red overalls, the driver shared a nostalgic photograph on social media. The image features a young Hamilton wearing a red helmet, karting with his recognizable racing number, 44.
"I could not be more excited for the year ahead. Moving to Scuderia Ferrari, there's a lot to reflect on," Hamilton posted on his LinkedIn profile, where he is listed as an 'entrepreneur, investor and F1 driver'.

The 39-year-old British driver will partner with Charles Leclerc at Ferrari, replacing Spaniard Carlos Sainz.
Hamilton's previous season marked his worst in terms of championship position, finishing seventh overall, just behind his teammate George Russell. However, he did secure two race victories, breaking a two-year winless streak.
